Connie is Director of Audience Development (UK) at independent label Partisan Records, where she works across campaigns for artists including IDLES, Ezra Collective, PJ Harvey, Laura Marling and TTSSFU.

With over six years in the music industry, Connie specialises in building audiences through bespoke, culturally-lead strategies. Combining world-building, storytelling and a deep understanding of existing and emerging platforms, she focuses on helping artists connect to and build their fanbases in both genuine and long-lasting ways.
