It was 2010, I was on a flight back from Hamburg where I had been working for Cannes Lions.

Inspired by what I had seen, with my head in the clouds (literally!) I sketched out an idea on a pad of paper and Secret Sessions was born - a global music brand that would feature 100s of artists from Bastille, to Kacey Musgraves, Arlo Parks, Mahalia and Passenger.

I grew a YouTube Channel to 10m views, launches a Top 3 Podcast and drove over 100M views for my clients.

But here's the kicker - it was none of this that drove actual real revenue.
