Prior to her role at the Leeds United Foundation, Frances was the Director of Fundraising and Marketing at The Prince's Trust (now The King’s Trust) the UK’s leading youth charity supporting young people to achieve their potential.

Previously she was Executive Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Cancer Research UK, the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research.

Frances has a wide experience of senior leadership, fundraising and marketing. Listed in Fundraising Magazine’s “25 Most Influential” in 2018, Frances has led several pioneering fundraising initiatives within the UK and internationally.

Committed to supporting the development of others she is a mentor for the Elischer Foundation and a Leader in Residence for the University of Leeds, of which she is a graduate.

Frances is also a Trustee for the Mines Advisory Group, a global organisation dedicated to destroying landmines and rebuilding communities in war torn areas of the world.
