Tony Harlow is CEO of Warner Music UK (WMUK), where he oversees the UK family of labels and imprints, including Atlantic Records and the Warner Records and Parlophone Label Group. WMUK is home to some of the UK’s most successful and acclaimed acts, including Anne-Marie, Blur, Charli XCX, Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Ghetts, Kano, Liam Gallagher, Maisie Peters, Muse, Paolo Nutini and Royal Blood, as well as US and international stars Benson Boone, Bruno Mars, Cardi B, David Guetta, Green Day, Linkin Park, Lizzo, Michael Bublé, Teddy Swims, twenty one pilots and Zach Bryan. Warner Music’s catalogue includes music from Aretha Franklin, David Bowie, The Doors, Fleetwood Mac, Kate Bush, Led Zeppelin, Madonna, Neil Young, New Order, Prince, Ray Charles and The Smiths.

Tony joined Warner Music Group (WMG) in 2010 as Managing Director for Australasia, where he grew a reputation for breaking talent early, including artists such as Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa who have gone on to global superstardom. He was then made President of WEA, the global artist and label services arm of WMG, where he helped transform operations and expand streaming-focused marketing, as well as oversee the addition of direct-to-consumer expertise from Songkick and EMP.

Tony began his music industry career at EMI in the UK, rising quickly through the company’s international marketing ranks before moving to Australia to become Managing Director, EMI Music Australia in 1997. Returning to the UK in 2002, he became CEO of Richard Branson's V2 label, and also oversaw the purchase of the celebrated Fania Music catalogue in the U.S. Following V2's acquisition by Universal Music Group (UMG) in 2007, Harlow held various roles at UMG, including heading the International Marketing team.
