Prize Draw Information 

By entering the prize draw, you’ll have the chance to win one of five pairs of tickets to an event of your choice, subject to availability. Winners will be selected at random after the survey closes on 7th November and contacted by email by 30th November.

If you win, we’ll get in touch to help you choose which tickets or event you’d like to attend. To arrange this, we may need to share limited contact details with the relevant venue — but only for the purpose of organising your prize.

Your survey answers will remain completely anonymous, and your email will only be used to contact you about the prize draw. 

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over who complete the arena fan survey by 7th November.

2. How to Enter

Entry into the prize draw is optional and available to anyone who completes the survey and chooses to provide their email address for contact purposes. No purchase is necessary.

3. Prize

The prize consists of 1 of 5 pairs of tickets to an event of your choice, subject to availability, at one of the participating arenas.*

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Belfast - SSE Arena

Birmingham - Utilita Arena Birmingham

Birmingham - BP Pulse Arena

Leeds - First Direct Bank Arena

London - The O2 Arena

London - OVO Arena Wembley

Manchester - Coop Live

Manchester - AO Arena

Nottingham - Motorpoint Arena

Sheffield - Utilita Arena Sheffield

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the survey closes.
Winners will be contacted by email by 30th November. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

If the prize includes event tickets, winners will be contacted to confirm which event they would like to attend. To arrange this, limited contact details may be shared with the relevant venue solely for the purpose of facilitating the prize booking. No other personal data will be shared.

5. Data Protection

Email addresses provided for the prize draw will only be used to contact winners and, if applicable, to coordinate the prize with the venue.

Survey responses will remain completely anonymous and will be analysed only in aggregate form.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

6. Promoter

The prize draw is being run by FastForward Events Ltd, 2 Morley Road, South Croydon, CR2 0EN.

7. General

The organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time without notice.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. The governing law will be that of England and Wales.
