We talk a lot about fan community, but there hasn't been much talk about peer to peer community in the music industry. Peer support and unofficial mentoring can transform careers, as well as sharing the burden that managers often carry alone. So, how can artists build their teams informally and how can we build a supportive community in West Yorkshire and beyond?
